Saturday Morning Keiko (training)
Held every 4th Saturday of the month from 8:30-10:30am for senior grades (green belts or higher) at the North Nowra Dojo. Each month a Senior Dan Grade Black Belt INstructor (5th Dan or higher) leads these classes. Designed to provide deeper levels of karate learning, skills, drills and techniques and are a must for improving your karate ability, preparation for grading examinations and competition karate. Saturday morning Keiko classes are $10 per person, per class.
NSW Squad Training
Classes for NSW Squad are provided by NSW Coaches for members who aspire for selection on the SKI Australian Team. These classes are usually hosted in Sydney once or twice each month. Enquire for further details.
