Senior Grade Training

Monthly senior grade training (Sunday Morning Keiko) classes are being held in Nowra every 4th Sunday morning from 8-10 am. The classes, which are tailored for brown and black belt students, are led by Senior (5th Dan) Grade SKIA Instructors and other invited senior Instructors. The class content comprises a wide range of martial arts training including advanced kihon, kata and kumite, kata bunkai, kata from other styles, kumite drills, grappling, holds, sweeps, take-downs, weaponry, HIIT, sport karate and lots more. Existing SKIA members are welcome to attend. Cost is $10 (for club and SKIA members) and senior grades from other styles may also attend ($15 non-SKIA members) which covers the costs of visiting instructors. Senior grades wishing to participate in these training sessions are welcome but must first contact Sensei David (see contact page) before attending any of these classes.
